Excellent internet speed and connection, innovative and helpful technology, the app is very user-friendly and informative. It is always a pleasure dealing with the team, they are efficient and very helpful and will assist you at any time, making sure that your query is resolved and that you are satisfied. Both the technician and management are dedicated and committed to providing excellent customer service. What they say, they do ! Highly recommended. Will be moving my business line connection to ZTEL also.
