The service at zone 17 clinic is very poor the staff in general don't have sense of urgency, we have been waiting for 1 hours 30 minutes to be assisted and there's no one attending to us instead they closed the safety door and busy chatting they have been on lunch since from 12 o'clock its now half pass 2 and no one is attending to us

Neglect to or delay in obtaining medical assistance for a patient
Today was my date for check up as I'm 5 months pregnant and still working part-time jobs, I arrived at Zone 17 clinic at 11:00 and was asked by the person who took my blood pressure why I came at this time to the clinic I explained that I'm from my work as I was doing night shift on the 13/10/2020 and I arrived home to find the is no electricity and I have a chily to prepare, they said ok it's fine you can go ahead. At 13:00 i was the last patient to attend by the nurse and the nurse came out said the person behind you referring to the lady in front of me 'i won't see her, I don't have her details and I haven't eaten yet and that's when I approached her asking her why wouldn't she attended to me she said 'i don't have...
