i had an appointment today @1:30pm ZA Khan Arbour go there 2 ladies sitting behind the desk looks at me waiting outside (raining cold day)as the sign says wait outside(understandable due to covid), do not call me inside, but looking at me from their seats , i thereafter go inside as no one is inside, so rude no greeting just asks what you want ,i said i have an appointment, make me sit, another lady client walks in and sends her into the consulting cubicle, i inquired what am i waiting for as i should go in rudely again wants to argue as to why she sent the other client in and my appointment is first, extremely rude dont believe in greeting customers , I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZA KHAN EMPLOYEES ARROGANT and very hostile attitude.
