You service is appalling. I'm currently experiencing challenges contacting your team or someone at respond to may emails. I sent emails which you haven't bothered yourselves with and a phone line with a customer service voicemail which gives a pathetic excuse to no answer calls.

Your responses to some of the complaints on HelloPeter reads as insincere and show lack of understanding to how you have inconvenienced the customer.

We are not asking you to be sorry, we are asking you to meet your brand promise and for efficiency.
