I have never in my life experience such distasteful, unproffessional, lacking service from Vox. You say you or the leading experts in the industry, but accoriding to your teams actions you certainly are not. From yesterday morning until 5:30pm no one from your team, nor managers were available to assist. Everyone had gone home. I cannot understand for such a leading company that you do not have managers on stand by to make important decisions and to act swiftly. I would like someone from head office to contact urgently as I would like to cancel my contract with immediate effect as you certainly do not know how to deal with customers. I'm tired of wasting my time, effort and especially my money. I will be posting on social media Vox attitude towards clients and the way you conduct your business.
