Van Biljon Nursing - You can never get hold of anyone in authority. My Mother-in-law (who is a pensioner) paid the January 2019 fees for my Father-in-law on the 31 December 2018. He was staying at Rusoord temporarily before being placed in a more affordable care facility. Sadly, he was hospitalized on the 3 January and passed away on the 5 January. I have asked Riana to please reimburse my MIL the January fees and the response was that one of the T&C's is that regardless of whether the person dies or is moved, fees are not refundable. My MIL is paying for a service that she can ill afford and has not received - she was also made to sign Afrikaans documents because English was not available. She is Scottish and nobody explained any of the details of the Document she signed. I have been trying via telephone & email to get hold of Riana to discuss this matter. No luck at all. Disgraceful! Stealing from pensioners for services not provided.Van Biljon Nursing - You can never get hold of anyone in authority.
