Thank you to the team from Unique Roof & Wall Coatings for the excellent service & quality work done at my home. The attention to detail & professionalism is evident in the quality of the final product. We had new seamless gutters, new downpipes & fascias installed right around my house - including repairs carried out on the woodwork.
The supervisor, Deon, made sure we were happy with the work & explained the process every step of the way.
I highly recommend Unique Roof & Wall Coatings.

Do not be fooled by great 'pre-sale' service or the affiliations with DWASA and the MBA. Rudi(e) Theron, the owner of Unique roof and Wall Coatings has no respect for the customer. Their service delivery after paying the deposit is non-existent, they come with all types of excuses and stories. The rep Johan Venter also withdraws himself from the job after making the 'sale'. They are full of excuses and try to intimidate you by screaming, shouting and withdrawing the workers to get more payments out of you, while you sit with an incomplete roof during raining season. After promising that they do the work themselves as they are the ones giving the guarantee, you find out that the work is outsourced to an incompetent contractor and his unskilled team.
