We regularly used the laundromat and they have stolen about 10 items of clothing from us over time. We asked the manager about this and she did not care. We do not know whether they are unable to manage their staff or if it is a scam by the company, but we will take our business elsewhere. This gotten ridiculous so I would recommend counting your clothing before and after you take it, it's probably better to go somewhere else.

After having to follow-up with them on 4 separate occasions with nothing having been done about it - the owner Linda finally phoned the person responsible for accidentally taking my laundry.
Linda was completely hostile to this person which in turn made them unresponsive to requests to bring back my laundry.
I then had to get involved myself and drive through to Gordon's Bay to get my own laundry back. This entire process left me without clean underclothes for 3 weeks.
Very frustrating experience all-in-all.
