I am very unhappy with the level of service I am receiving. Rob cell no 0817101082 was contacted to replace the hinges on my Kelvinator oven door. He never returned my calls and I also had to source the parts on his behalf. After telling him where to get the hinges and the part numbers he eventually replace the parts. The work was done on invoice number 62. This was done on the 23rd December. I was away on leave the whole December and I have now tried to get hold of him for about 3 weeks to come and have a look because the oven door is again not opening. Every time I phone he promises he is coming to have a look and then just doesn't pitch up, he also doesn't let me know what is going on. Yesterday he was in Parys and again was going to pop in and yet again didn't pitch up. I paid R1900 for the job and it still is not fixed.
