But I must say that as from Friday 7 September 2018, I will never ever use the Total Garage for anything whatsoever. You see myself and my son got stuck without petrol near the Spar on Friday Night 07 September 2018 @ +/- 19H15 in one of the side roads. It was very dark as most of the street lights do not work. I told my son to please go and get some petrol. I was stressed as my son had to walk all the way to the garage in the dark. After about 30 minutes my son returned and told me that the attendants refused to assist him. They looked at him and carried on talking to each other. He told me that he waited 10 minutes more and asked them again if they could please help him with petrol, and one of them told him that they can not help him as they do not have any container to put the petrol in and he the petrol attendant once again just turned around and kept on talking to the other attendant leaving my son once again just standing there not helping him.
I then phoned one of my friends who came and assisted me with petrol. I drove directly to the Total Garage when I got there I asked my son who did he ask to help him he pointed out who he asked, I walked to him were he and his friend was standing inside the little room just next to the pay point outside the shop, I asked the one guy who helped my son when he came to ask for petrol, the one guy looked at me and he said that he did, then I asked him why did he not help my son with petrol, he looked me up and down and told me that there is no containers on the premises and for that reason he could not help my son, there was a Green Rubbish Bin right next to me, I opened it and there was a empty container in it, I asked him and that what is that, he looked in the bin and he looked at me and told me but that is not a 2 Liter bottle, I told him that I have been coming to the Total Garage for almost 10 years and I have never been treated like this, and that I'm not happy as they were no help at all, I told him I will never come to this garage again and I will take it up with the owner of the garage, he just looked at me like to say so what do it if you want to it's not my problem you got stuck without petrol, he turned around and in his language spoke to the other guy like I was not even there.
I will never ever go to the TOTAL GARAGE IN MAIN STREET IN WITFIELD AGAIN AS THE SERVICE IS SO BAD WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT IN A TIME OF NEED. AND I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND PLEASE NOT TO USE THE TOTAL GARAGE IN MAIN STREET IN WITFIELD AS THE STAFF THERE ARE NOT HELP FULL AT ALL.

Thank you. I have been staying in Witfield for the last 14 to 15 years and are well known by most of the people and store owners like the Spar, Pep, Tops, Plus and the Vetkoek shop, I also know most of the staff and they know me and my son at the Total Garage in Main Street. We always fill up with petrol at the Total Garage and I buy most of my goodies there. I love their specials, and from time to time I only use the FNB ATM there in the store.
