I retract my previous review. After negotiation, they were more than willing to find an amicable solution. You can definitely use them!

DO NOT USE! They charge a crazy amount of money for a callout plus travel plus labor and do not fix the problem the first time. When you call them back, they charge you for another callout + travel + labor just to tell you they do not have the right test equipment to properly find the problem and will have to come back. Then they charge another callout + travel + labour to fix a job which they did not do properly in the 1st place.
