We bought a full tombstone and a slab from this company and the full payment was made mid December 2019. After we made several calls we finally got the erection date which was the 18th March 2020. Nothing happened on that day and when I called I was told they will come on the following day and I be contacted but that also never happened. This went on until the declaration of the lockdown. Today, 12 May 2020 we went to find out what's happening since they claimed to be an essential service and we actually requested our money back so we can go get the tombstones elsewhere. Gloria, the lady that works there had no clue what to do so she phoned the owner who then said we won't get our money back and that our stones were ready a long time ago. If these were ready, why where they not erected? The owner was so rude and couldn't care much about what we were going through. We regret going there and trusting those people with our money or the tombstones...if they are so careless with their clients, what about the so called tombstones that they provide. They are the worst people to do business with and when we were there, there were other customers who went to complain about their tombstones as well.
