I purchased a lounge set late November 2019 from Pietermaritzburg. I paid to have this delivered to my town which is over 100kms away..The single recliner delivered was faulty and the delivery people where informed. I asked them to take it back and they refused. After numerous correspondence to leather gallery, I was informed that I should bring the faulty product back to the store. Why has this become my problem!!!..Am I supposed to put this on the roof off my Smart!!!!
