I tried to exchange my daughter's sneakers since they don't fit her and the had small stains from fitting the sneakers and had to wipe it down, the store manger by the name of Kaiser was so rude and did not attend to my issue and to top that he provided incorrect contact details for the head office. Am so disappointed about their service clearly they don't know anything about customer service
