I tried to return the a pair a sneaker few hours after I bought them and I was told that a guy who is doing refunds has already left, I went back yesterday and I was told the don't do refunds instead they can give me a gift card, of which I was not happy because they didn't explain to me when I bought the sneakers that they don't do refunds, and they shop had limited stock to choose from, I couldn't find a substitute, now I'm sitting with the gift card I can't buy my daughter a sneaker
