I am very much happy to have companies like Tharisa to invest in South Africa as that creates more and more chancel to eradicate poverty in our land of birth, but I'm equally so disappointed as such companies wouldn't even show the audacity of showing interest or a kind of appreciation to the candidates with suitable qualifications and experience required only because the candidate is of no young age. For instance I have worked in a laboratory and quality control section as a lab analyst and a supervisor for more than 10 years, I'm currently unemployed and have applied for a job at Tharisa, no response I ever received in that regard and just wondered if Tharisa is here for a cheap labor and or to use inexperienced candidates of to get quality candidates who would ensure adding value to tharisa systems for quality services and product.
