Safwaan Abdoola. Their 'delivery company' is Interlink Deliveries - Michael Finch. Until I get my purchase as paid for or unitl I receive a full refund I will continue to blacklist this company as I have been defrauded. Contacted company through Gumtree. The salesman emailed and although I 'knew better' I paid R3750 for an Xbox + 3 games + controllers. The money paid included postage and shipping. I was horrified to receive a mail shortly afterwards from the 'shipping agents' requesting payment of over R2000 for shipping and insurance. Now we are jumping from a negotiated price to this new price. This was not part of the original agreement. All communications to either discuss or resolve this matter have been unsuccessful. They want me to use their shipping agent. They refuse to consider a refund. They will not let me collect with my own courier. I will not throw more money into this pit.
