In my own opinion from previous experience with the, Telkom has definitely not been one of the best internet service providers in South Africa. Lines tend to lag, or are stolen 90% of the time and when you call customer service it usually took forever to get through to someone to assist you with whatever your problem might be, and then were usually a lot! But even I was amazed at the great service we received from them during and after our ADSL was installed at our new offices recently. The customer service department called me a couple of times to make sure that we were satisfied with the work that was done and with the service we received.
