I book my phone for repairs on 10 June, you received my phone for repairs on 17 June and you approved the claim for repairs. I paid the excess fee they said I have to pay after they told me they have received the excess fee on 14 July. 22 July I made a call to you guys someone told me that they started fixing my phone I will get it back within 7 days, But still I'm not getting my phone back what going on?

Miss Mthembu who helped me with a cellphone upgrade started my cellphone contract even though I have not received the phone since the phone was not in stock, I am not happy with this service and no one from the store has made contact to resolve this.
