Im disappointed,, disgusted in the service i got , i had gone to the store to do a port and was advised to dial the port me number after doin that i advised them it was not available then was told to call customer service ,, i did that then went back to the store and adv ised that i was told to do it instore ,, till today im still struggling to get my number ported, its sad because its like they don't know what they doing.

I applied for a phone contract last month which was November. I got approved and they asked me to deposit an amount of R1159.90 but i deposited R1200 so i can be approved and now it's the 1st of December still they are telling me the deposit i made hasn't been reflected on the system!! Like how is that possible since i paid directly from ABSA and even if i used my bank to transfer the money it would have been reflected by now. I am dissappointed

I am very disappointed and angry with the poor service I got from Telkom it's terrible and disgusting. I applied at the Telkom Agency Shop in Gateway through the agent called Shane Pather who told me it takes 3 days for the application to be processed. 3 days went by and there was no call updating me from the agent. On the 5th day I personally went to the store in Gateway to find out and was told that Shane had left (before the shop was closed) and was to be on leave the next few days. They promised to call him the next day to come back to attend to my application and was going to call me which he failed to do. After 10 days I called the Call Centre again and got someone who was very rude to me and shut my call when I asked his name for I wanted to report his rude attitude. I have been... Read more »
