I applied for a black Friday deal for the DATA sim card on the 21st of November my credit score is good and they haven't yet activated the sim card. I have done 3 physical follow ups, the consultant says I was approved but there is a technical glitch its been 15 days precisely. Very bad service... the consultants chat and while you wait, they just stare at you and assist you when they feel like it. They really have bad customer service. I am thinnmking of switching to other deals from other service providers.

I phoned at four telecom branches today and nobody in any of the stores even answered the phone.
Typical of the disgusting service that is prevalent today.... this country is going down the toilet and when nothing is working anymore .... then the crying will start.

Nobody Can answer a phone when you phone the store. Why? Can you kindly teach staff a phone is not a fire alarm! Do not run away answer it!
