I am having issues were telkom was quick enuf to take my money from my account and took extra as well and now they have not cleared it from the system so I can upgrade my contracts.when you call the Chatsworth store number it is never answered or goes straight to voicemail what kind of service is this when we are loyal customers the guys working there are not even helpful enuf poor communication as well no response to emails or calls absolutely bad service

I was a customer in the telkom store yesterday the 28th of July 2021 and was absolutely disgusted with what i have witnessed. A young lady came in asking for her tablet to be sorted out because she had just bought it and it was not working properly. However, the telkom assistant was absolutely rude to her. He was adamantly accusing her of dropping the tablet while she told him she did not and it was still brand new. The employee was so rude to that young lady, i honestly thought she was going to cry. She made some valid points and the guy was not helpful at all. I want to know Telkom! Do you guys employ qualified people or do you guys just teach your staff to be this rude and arrogant towards young customers? I walked out and will NEVER step into a telkom store ever again.
