Ek praat sommer afrikaans. Is moeg vir die onkunde binne Telkom. Sukkel nou al sedert 8 Des 2020 nadat ek van Telkom ADSL na Fibre geport het. Die idioot wat ek skakel het skep toe nog 'n ADSL lyn. Het al verskeie eposse gestuur en kansellasies. Ja mnr ons werk daaraan. Vind nou weer uit wat gaan aan nadat ek sms kry ons gaan jou lyn afsit. Mense wat wil julle afsit, Haal uit man. Ek is deeglik bewus dat hierdie skrywe ook op dowe ore gaan val. Maar ai, die CEO en sy hele span moet afbetaal word vir hulle ontoereikende dien aan ons as die gebruikers van eens 'n puik stelsel. Sterkte vir die toekoms het nie virTelkom antwoord nie.

Telkom has cancelled one of my contracts and claim that it is the system that has done so. i went to umhlanga gateway Telkom as i took all my contracts there and no one was willing to help they became very rude to me and said i must go and call customer service.i will never ever return to gateway Telkom if i wish to continue with this services they are not well trained to serve customers.
i then phone customer service reference 59739698 however every time i follow up no one is working on the issue until today. i am told one of your customer service that they work 8 hours and there are so many customers i must wait. really now your bosting with having many customers. the attitude of your people will determine growth of your business. i wish to tell you that there are many... Since Tuesday 24 August I had no network coverage on my cellphone in General Hetzog Road Three Rivers Vereeniging. I bought a new phone, did a sim-swap etc. Today 4 days later I visited Telkom River Square branch. I spoke to Zolani at helpdesk 3. His response was that we can do nothing about it and the case was closed. His don't care attitude left me without words. I couldn't understand how he as a Telkom employee can not assist me. When I left the branch in a furious state Busisiwe called me and assisted me to lodge a complaint and I got a reference number.
