Mr Strydom was asked to provide a compliance certificate for my house. When he did the inspection he quoted verbally an amount. I asked for a written quote. I did this repeatedly as I wanted the quote before he did the work that needed to be done. Mr Strydom never returned my calls nor did he reply to my messages. The quote came with his son in law who did the work today. It was over 30% more than what was quoted originally. I find this really appalling as well as rude for not returning calls. Do not use this man unless you're prepared to be taken for a ride.
