WE’VE SWITCHED TO PAPER STRAWS
Let’s get real. Plastic straws are one of the leading causes of pollution in our oceans. We all need to do something to help reduce the impact of plastic waste on the environment. So we’re no longer providing plastic straws with any of our drinks. However, we do have biodegradable, paper straws available if you need one.
So let’s keep it real with paper straws; it’s a change for the better.

3 of the burgers had bitter after taste...
We called the branch and the manager didn't care what the customer was trying to explain and this is totally unacceptable for food franchise management.
The wow factor was when they asked us to take the burgers our of the bin to come show them... the question is or are will they go in the bin and taste that burgers them self...
It was never about a refund or voucher it was about customer services and THEY LACK BIG TIME....
I have been a customer of Steers for many years, but never experienced such filthy, unhygienic and most disgusting conditions. ( my review was noted, and would have been investigated, but to date, not even an apology!!! )I had the most horrendous experience from Steers Courtney Street , George... My order number was #71563669... Mix it up sharing combo...
