After phoning & getting a quote, confirming the value as R350 for 2 bedrooms or R400.00 if the carpets are really dirty, double checking that they supply their own equipment & Cleaning Materials. They only show up after a phone call to remind them about the appointment. Stella showed up with her kids, that my tenant had to look after and make sure to keep them away from the pool. Then she charged me double (R800.00) and the carpet still had stains on after she left. She gave no invoice or receipt. I will never use them again and don't recommend you do either. They are very unprofessional.
