I am beyond frustrated with Standardbank Trust services. No one answers a phone call or email since December 2021. I want to move the estate to a private executor due to the poor service.

It is extremely frustrating that I cannot get hold of these people. It's been 13 months and my late wifes estate is still not wound up. I need to enquire about the progress of sale of my property and the purchasing of the new property. Where must my family go to? I've been struggling for months. No response to.my emails or phone calls!! It's ridiculous and pathetic!! No empathy for what the family us going through!! Silma humdulay please contact me urgently!!! Shawn Neal
