I must rectify my comment regarding Snowman....Shaun, the technician, came to sort my problem out today. I was impressed by his knowledge and skill as well as his friendly service. I now understand why it took some time for them to get to me. Everyone insists on using them hence the time delay. I was impressed !!!!! I withdraw my previous comment without any doubt. Great service, helpful...excellent !!!!

Stay away from Snowman, I own a flat in St Lucia and called them 2 weeks ago to fix my aircon. The first excuse was that one technician was on leave but they will attend to the matter. Yesterday, after 2 weeks I called them again. The lady at reception assured me that the technician is in St Lucia, with my job card, and will definitely see me. Next day......still waiting after cancelling all appointments for yesterday. They are incompetent !!!!
