Smiley Babes

Smiley Babes stimulation program was developed in 2002 in cooperation with an occupational therapist to stimulate brain development through exercise, massage and positive touch.

We pride ourselves in the quality of stimulation to make sure your baby connects the right brain cells to prevent learning problems. Babes are assessed on a weekly basis to make sure he/she reaches their milestones in the time-frame required as determined by age.

Caregivers are trained annually to make sure that the stimulation program is done according to specifications.

With our specialized Babes menu we make sure that a healthy body maintains a healthy mind.

Our ratio ensures personal attention to all Babes.

Through constant research and training we make sure your baby is the best he/she can be as God intended.

Toddlers

We focus on kinesthetic establishment of learning concepts through creating ample opportunities to explore and learn through using muscles, senses and motor skills.

We encourage learning through play. Pre-determined skills for development are progressive and age appropriate.

Progress is monitored through observation and continuous assessment and recorded. Reports are given 3 times a year.

Teaching staff are annually trained and academic audits are also performed annually to establish quality assurance.

Through constant research and development we create and enticing learning atmosphere and nurturing environment for your child to develop and thrive.

Grade R

We focus on kinesthetic establishment of learning concepts through creating ample opportunities to explore and learn through using muscles, senses and motor skills.

We encourage learning through play. All skills for development are based on the Revised Curriculum Statement of the department of education.

All groundwork for formal primary school work is done to prepare the pre-school toddler – physically, emotionally and intellectually.

Progress is monitored through observation and continuous assessment and recorded. Reports are given 3 times a year.

Pre-reading skills are developed through auditive and visual perception.

Teaching staff are annually trained and academic audits are performed annually to establish quality assurance.

Through constant research and development we create an enticing learning atmosphere and a nurturing environment for your child to develop and thrive.
