i got into a bus from town to willofontain my stop is at imbali 1 but the bus decided to drop me at unit 2 even i pressd the bell near sukuma high school that driver he even left passenger at the rank in retief but the bus wasnt full

Yesterday after 5pm I got onto a bus at Edendale hospital bus terminals. I paid R11 the bus driver said I was shorts then add R2 he did not give me a 60cents change and rudely shouted I was slowly "ningazo nobozela la"! I moved never said a word. The seats were full I was one of the standing passangers exactly to the second stop bell. As we were about to reach for my bis stip someone rang the bell, he pulled over as soon as the guy from stairs jump out he quickly moved the bus while the doors were closing as I was also moving to get out I nearly fall had to hold on the edges of the seats and shouted for anyone to press the ball again which they did as I was moving to the stairs and looked at him through the glass and noticed tje smack on his face the driver his was a good time he put... Some of your bus drivers are very nice if i may say, but there those who are very rude , one of them who was driving duty 19 in the evening last year December 2021 started and drove the bus while i was about to go down and i had to jump on a moving bus , mind you that I'm a female and i called the Depot nothing happened even their so called supervisor who was suppose to call and address the matter never did. and management is also not doing anything, well today i got to the bus stop at 06h50 am in Sweetwater's Eslaheni Stop waiting for the the buses that pass there by 07h20-07h30am , only for the busses to pass us. there were over 10 people who were waiting there, the first 1 Duty 19 had a few passengers standing i understand but the second Duty 2 had no one standing . 40minutes of...
