I visited the clinic on the 9th of February for family planning to get my injection, when I arrived i was rudely told that because there was no water I wouldn't be assisted, sister Sylvia rudely told me that she will not assist me unless if I change to pills, she didn't even bother to check me or even change my date to another day, she just took my card and gave me pills and told me to come back after a month. What I don't understand is that how does a shortage of water stop us from getting our injection and the funny part is that they have a water tank installed in the clinic but yet they chose not to work. Is this the kind of service that we voted for? I've never met a person as rude as that Sister Sylvia, she chose the wrong occupation.

I visited Siphumlile clinic on the 18th Nov 2021 and during my consultation I was annoyed by a lady named Gugu ( don't even know what her duty is there) who sat on the patients chair whilst I had to be consulted whilst standing. The nurse who attended me did not even ask her to move... let alone she was busy discussing stuff about uniform with other members making noise whilst I tried to consult with the nurse. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. Having to struggling with my baby to just have a consultation just because someone decided to have her uniform meeting in the nurses consultation room during consultation.
