Only positive is that he arrived on same day as called. The worst service experience I have ever had in any industry. Dewald was rude and verbally abusive to the owner and I. He lost his temper and left without doing the fridge re-gassing requested. He said that Shorty's Refrigeration would not deal with us. When phoning the owner said that I was trying to tell him his job. This did not happen.

Highly recommended. Five star service. (A+++ actually). I gave them an urgent call this morning. They immediately picked up the phone, I was then referred to Shorty's brother whom were equally efficient. He even resolved the problem with my fridge over the phone. I was so impressed. I'll be keeping Shorty's Refrigeration's contact number on "speed dial".
