MISLEADING AND DON'T RESPOND TO EMAIL COMPLAINTS -
1. Your Marketing Officer informed me that he was from Telkom marketing division called Cell Direct and wished to extend my contract which expired on 30 Oct 2021 for line 084 5555 581 with a Top Up Package
2. I informed your Marketing Officer that I was going to a Telkom store to extend the contract – he stated they give the same deal telephonically - I specifically requested it must be the same top-up package
3. I requested for a blue in colour cellphone but they sent me a black/ grayish
4. On receipt of the phone I could not use my phone for about 3 weeks until I went to the Telkom store – they assisted me in getting the phone operative - They confirmed it was not a Top up package and they could not change it – they also... Read more »

I am sure this company only employs crooks. One of their call centre agents has just lied to me again saying she is not from a third party company but from Telkom and got my reference number from Telkom. I phoned the number back and it's these ruthless liars again. Avoid them!

After confirming twice during the week a date for a delivery ( today) They change dates and don't inform me..I called at 16h30 after deciding to work remotely and be at a certain residence for their convenience during a drop off.. The most sarcastic, unprofessional and rude call centre agent picked up wouldn't even let me finish stating my issue and would just put a me on hold whilst I'm talking, deserves no growth in life.
She has been blessed with a job she takes no pride in... with such a decline in employment and surviving the pandemic we still find people like her (Ms/Mrs E Botha) serving people baffles me. For the lack of empathy and no of telephone etiquette she displayed today and the unnecessary disrespect she displayed... May she remain there until she learns to be respectful and politeness.09.09.2022...
