I went to a save branch today and saw stale vegetables on sale, soft brinjals, rotten chillies, and black bindi, im very disappointed with this because i buy vegetables every week and its never been like this before.

ABOUT US

The Save group was established by Moosa Noorgat in 1987 when he opened Save Cash and Carry in Victoria rd. From humble beginnings in Pietermaritzburg the company grew to one of the largest Cash and Carry businesses in the Natal Midlands.

In 2009 the company expanded into smaller supermarket retail outlets, making their low, low prices accessible to the everyday consumer. State of the art butcheries, bakeries and kitchens were introduced into these supermarkets. The first to open was Save Truro Plaza in 2009, followed by Save Dalton and Howick in 2010.
