Hi I was working for KSA security and my services was terminated on 19 January 2018. I’m still waiting for my provident money. After back and forth with KSA and PSSFS. Can someone help? Whom must I contact to escalate this claim? Can someone please do their work and do follow ups on these kind of claims which are not processed while the required documentation has been submitted after the request by authorities?

I was contacted in July 2017 to fill out the claim forms and submitted them on the 20th July 2017. After a waiting period of 10 weeks I was told that I must get a verification from home affairs because my surname need to be corrected on their database because the one captured was not mine. I did that then after waiting for a month I inquired again about the claim. I was told that the payment department need to change my surname first before making payments. I really don't understand that. How long does it take them to change the surname on their database? Until now no update, no payment has been done and it seems nothing is happening. I wonder if I will be paid?
