Made an appointment for 9:45 on Saturday morning. Was even told by Naledi that you close at 13:00 on a Saturday and that there was no early openings - she could only help at 9:45 which I asked her to book and gave her my name.
Got there on Saturday morning and was told, no sorry there is no appointment for you, can help you on Monday.
Not very good service treating new clients that way and treating them like they are stupid and did not make the appointment.
