I have been online and find that this is the natural behaviour for safarinow.com. They take your booking and money and that is the last you hear from them. Question is, is this fraudulent?

Sometimes they do not answer at all. I have been trying to sort a problem and even tried phoning 4 times. All it gives are the various e mail addresses and tell me it looks forward to assisting me and then the call cuts of. I find them very difficult to deal with and as we regularly do road trips, planning 2 more for this year, I will try not to use them again.
