received a statement from Ryno Sectional Titles today showing the we were R 4 776.56 in arrears. I had a look on my bank statements and noticed that the That I made a payment in February which was not reflected on the statement. Queries it and they promised to rectify it. I then found another payment I made in February which was also not reflected on the statement. Queried it and the promised to send me a revised statement. Just received it and the amount due is now only R 1244.14. Not sure why they send me a statement that was completely wrong. Wonder how many people they do actually catch out like this and what they do with all the money that people were not suppose to pay.
