Firstly they dont answer their landline given on the web then the cell number given by their head office for the manager goes to voicemail and nobody bothers to call back. Definitely no customer service!!!!
If SA is in a deep recession one would think companies would go all out to do business but my impression is Russell's must be doing brilliantly well not to need my business
