This company does not keep their promises. They said 10 days, by the time I get my vehicle it will be 3 weeks. It stood in a queue "waiting" to be repaired, for 9 days before they got to it. They could have told me they were too busy and I would have taken the vehicle there when they were ready to start. When you phone, you just get lame excuses. Very disappointing customer service. Hope I never have to use them again. I see there are other disappointed customers who have posted reviews on Helopeter.
