My recent experience with Rico's Cab in Durban was profoundly disappointing. The service was punctuated by tardiness, a distressingly unclean vehicle, and a driver lacking basic professionalism and road safety awareness. Attempts to address these issues were met with dismissive responses from their customer service. I'm utterly dissatisfied and regret choosing Rico's Cab. I cannot, and will not, recommend their service to anyone. A catastrophic failure in delivering acceptable taxi service. Very unprofessional!!
