Had my car in for repairs with Raven motors in Pietermaritzburg every time i called for an update the reception lady kept avoiding to give me an update about the car. my insurance was informed the car would be ready by today for Pick up so my rental was cancelled, was left without a car and here i was with the receptionist giving me a run around. so unreliable.
