received a call from ram on the 8th about my parcel to be delivered on the 9th I gave them the address normally the driver would call but this time they didn't I tracked the waybill no. the whole day waiting outside but didn't pitch till 17:30 and when I checked it it said non delivery n it went back to Witbank 18:47 address unavailable and contact no not available but I always use them .
