After sales service extremely poor. Installed new pool but pump was not working properly from the start.
After 3 months still not resolved. They don't return calls, messages or mails. When you do get hold of them they tell you to wait until next week...
When you finally get them to commit to a time-frame, by the time they have to act, they again postpone it to "next week..."
Our brand new pump has now been removed by them and our pool is in terrible shape. (See pics of our new 3-month old pool)
