We ordered 100 calendars from Print It. When we opened the box we discovered how terrible it looks. After waiting nearly 3 months for our order (end of February), with no communication as to why there was a delay, we received the calendars in a terrible condition. The month of January and February were usless when we received it. Dirty finger marks on the staples, the calendars were coming apart from the backing because the staples weren't holding, lines from the print head, the images were faded and did not represent the design we emailed at all, the calendars were not lined up with the backing and was stapled on skew. I was literally unable to find one single calendar that was acceptable. Every single one had dirty finger marks and terrible staples. We could have made better calendars of we just printed it ourselves at the office. The owner constantly makes empty promises on fixing the issues. In the end we had to get a lawyer involved and the issues are still not resolved. It is unacceptable to pay for a service and get this awfull product. Not to mention the deskpad we also ordered and did not receive. No communication, no effort to rectify anything and no pride in the products they produce. Then they gave an excuse like "there was no time to do quality control" - after waiting nearly 3 months. We ordered 100 calendars from Print It.
