POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - SANDTON GATE (New Membership)
I tried to open up a membership on the Sunday of Black Friday. Went into Sandton Gate gym at 15h30 t be told that they were closing in 30 mins and I must come back.
I went back early Monday hoping to get Cyber Monday, sat with a sales agent and his trainee. Only to find out he never processed anything. In fact, he was meant to call me but never did. I tried calling early Tuesday morning only for no one to answer the gyms phone.
On the Thursday I went back in only to sit once again with another sales agent who told me he could not back date any of the offers. Even though I came in twice during that promotional period. He said he would give me December free membership and payment would start in Jan
I also was informed that with an Edgars Club membership that I set up I would get 50% discount.
NONE OF THE ABOVE HAPPENED
As of today 18th December my membership is still not active, and I am being charged full rates as of 1st December.
WHAT IS HAPPENING TO PLANET FITNESS SANDTON GATE????
