One of your employees by the name of Calvin Ramotshela is discussing patient confidentiality with people on the streets. Apparently one patient once came to your store in Centurion to purchase or to collect medication, this particular employee gave the patient wrong medication. From the communication that I saw detailing what happened, the patient come for the ARV treatment when he mistakenly gave them wrong pills which were not for that particular treatment. What makes it even worse is that he mentions the patient as having AIDS. How does he knows that the person is suffering from such illness. I'm sure in terms of your company policy there is a provision for the confidentiality clause which he has violated and that has dented the company name to such an extent that people will start losing their confidence in utilizing your services.
