I went to PEP this afternoon to send a parcel to Pretoria. The box was way too big but when I was shown the size of the biggest bag, I knew the contents of the box would fit. The two ladies there were so helpful and caring. They assisted me to rewrap the contents and to ensure that nothing would be damaged. Not one long face for being inconvenienced - only friendly chatting whilst they assisted me. Wow, what a difference. I will send ALL my parcels through PEP Jeffreys as they just made my life so much easier. Thank you ladies! Hermina Patton

Had to get a new Telkom simcard. Staff very friendly, they helped me in minutes.
Their prices are low compared to most shops.

Friendly staff members and the store is very clean and neat. The best prices for good quality items. I can't wait for Pep Home to open. I hope they live up to your standards.
