Good day,
My name is Sphiwe Daniels who wanted to enrol with PC training college for A+, on February I registered with them however I did not like how I was treated and decided to cancel my application and get a refund. On the 15/02/2023 a request for refund was sent to the head office however I did not get any feedback. I have been visiting the compass in Braamfontein for feedback and nothing has been happening. Today I spoke with a guy called Lethu from head office of which he’s the one who’s supposed to process my refund and he was rude to me. I will really appreciate id you can help with this matter before I take it further.
