The most delicious smoked rib of lamb I ever had. I bought some at Paulsen butchery when we were in Sutherland during February 2018. If I had known it was going to be this good, I would have bought all they had that day. Do yourself a favour, whenever you are in Sutherland, get yourself some smoked lamb rib, you will not regret it I promise. My mouth is still watering and my tastebuds are still begging.
